Remote Online Notarization requires audio-video recording of the session. This recording is securely stored as part of the notarial journal and may be retained for several years, according to Pennsylvania law.

Recordings are never shared unless required by law or court order.

Your documents and notarized files are stored securely through the RON platform’s encrypted system. Only authorized parties (you and the notary) have access unless legally required.

5. Payment Information

All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share your information except:

• When required to complete the notarization
• When required by law
• With secure third-party providers used for identity verification or payment processing

We never sell or trade your information.
